7th Graders in Mrs. Fluharty's Reading Edge class completed a Research Project related to the topic of "Preventing Another Dust Bowl." Our class spent a unit on The Dust Bowl, which required students to analyze primary and secondary sources to make cause and effect connections in the text. The research project wants students to ask questions, find and organize information, and present their findings to others.
(Below) Harding Middle School students from Mrs. Tracy Ziarko's Reading Edge class are using laptops for a research lesson. The students will present their findings on conflicts between people and nature.
